Guys let's be real for minute. You cannot gain lots of muscle mass from body weight exercises, a Bowflex, or the Total Gym. Can you tone up? Sure. Can you look better? Absolutely. But, if you can to pack on eye popping mass you need to train with heavy weights. And, I'm not talking about training five days a weeks for hours on end. Nope.
